Froq, the Mac database client of choice, has been updated with various fixes and adds support for Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). It is adviced to upgrade Froq now, and upgrade to Lion as smooth as possible.
Updates
Next to some stability adjustments, the Quickfilter has been updated to be better compatible with certain database configuration. Most notably, modern versions of Postgres didn't accept all filters.
The SQL Formatter (in the SQL menu) has been updated to better lay-out your SQL, support for join's and 'connect-by' queries was added, as well as some minor enhancements. Lastly the tabbar has been updated to allow the dragging of tabs other than the active one.
There were some document opening issues when re-starting the application in Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), these issues were addressed in this update. It is strongly recommended to update to this version.
Lion compatibility and Java
The first time you open Froq on Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), the operating system may offer to download and install a Java environment, please do so, as Froq requires a Java virtual machine to operate.
