WeatherDockAdding German and Greek localization

After English, Dutch, Finnish, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Danish, French and Italian, WeatherDock is now also available in German and Greek. Thanks to Henryk Richter and Theodore Bartsas for these fine additions. Other changes in this release are fixes to the Desktop Icon, the addition of the feels-like-temperature to the menu item and the removal of the 'No Connection' message from the menu-bar. This release also contains some generic other fixes.
