Dashboard KickStartAll new version 3.0

The new Dashboard KickStart moves the application to the System Preferences. With the same functionality, it can now be configured more easily. With the splash-screen removed, Dashboard KickStart can now be used almost transparently and its memory footprint is reduced even further.
