WeatherDock - Improved localization and printing

WeatherDock has been updated, different parts of the application have been adjusted in terms of localization. The print-out has been extended with sunrise/sunset information. Next to this some fixes have been done, including an update to the home/work feature, which could occasionally revert back to Twenthe, Netherlands.
