Dashboard Kickstart - Lion fixes, added German

Announcing Dashboard Kickstart 3.2.1. This version fixes some issues with dismissing the Dashboard on Lion and improves support when not using Dashboard as a space.

Dashboard Kickstart 3.2.1 also bring a localized version of the application to Germany and all other German users. The application is now available in Dutch, English, French, Japanese, Korean, Portugese, Italian and German.
